The Steel Basicline® Grooved Nipple Disc is made of 316L surgical steel. The disc sits behind a barbell inserted through the pierced nipple (the barbell effectively holds the disc in place). It is available in internal diameters of 8mm up to 20mm (in 2mm increments).

Please note that the barbell is not included.

I bought the 12mm grooved nipple discs to sit behind my existing 4 x 14mm barbells. They are perfect. The combination of discs and barbells stretch the nipples away from the chest creating a great look and feel. A recommended combination to anyone with pierced nipples.
