Great item but still disappointed

I bought this as I really liked the look of it. Delivery was quick and I couldn’t wait to fit it! The item itself was really great but the small balls didn’t tighten that well and I’ve now lost one of the balls and one of the feathers, which has left me disappointed. I’ve since ordered another so hopefully that lasts longer. Other than that, it’s a great item
