The Steel Basicline® U Shaped Septum Keeper is a fantastic way to hide your septum piercing when necesssary. Made from premium grade 316L surgical stainless steel, this septum keeper can be hidden away easily and comfortably. The Keeper is available in strengths of 1.6mm (14ga), 2.0mm (12ga), and 2.4mm (10ga).

This product is also available in Titanium Blackline® (KSK) and in Titanium Highline® (XSK).

Comfy and Subtle

This looked so tiny and too narrow, but it’s really comfortable! It’s subtle enough for me not to worry too much about wearing it at work this week with the CEO visiting, and yet still obvious enough for me to feel like a rebel anyway. I’d recommend it to anyone with a small to average sized nose, as mine isn’t large and it’s a pretty tight fit. But it’s definitely well worth the price, and great value.

Hide the pierciñg but keep it

I need to hide my septurn piercing at work, so during the week I use the septum keeper...yes it's my secret well my PA is a secret to.....

woes of a giant noes

The item is exactly what it says it is, looks well made no issues with that. My only problem was the internal measurement was way too small for my nose, measuring 5mm between the two sides. Would suit someone with a small nose but not a giant schnoz like mine
